I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time. Prior payment will be refunded or partially refunded depending on amount of work completed.

Unless otherwise stated, commissions will generally be finished within 4-8 weeks from date of sketch confirmation.

All work is for personal use unless licensed.

Prices are in USD.

At least 50% down payment is required before work begins.

Multi-payment plans still require 50% down, but work will not begin until last payment is made.

Non-refundable unless I have made a mistake, such as long wait times without prior warning or misinterpretation of the request.

After mockup confirmation by the commissioner, additional changes will be charged extra.

Rush delivery, privacy requests, and other special accommodations will require an additional fee.

Unless otherwise negotiated, I reserve the right to post the completed commission on my social media/portfolio after delivery, as well as livestream the process.

Unclear instructions on the part of the commissioner resulting in more than 3 revisions or 1 major revision will incur additional charges.

Artwork or commissions made for/distributed via blockchain/AI training related technology is prohibited.

Commission cancellation after agreed payment will result in refusal of future services. Basic price quote inquiries do not fall under this clause.

R18 inquiries are welcome but subject to an additional fee.

Personal License Included in all commissions. Artwork is permitted to be posted on social media, used as profile pictures, headers etc. by the commissioner so long as it is for personal enjoyment and/or not for profit.

Streamers and vtubers are exempt from needing an additional streaming license so long as they credit/link back to me in a visible place on their profiles or with their posts.

If you would like to not credit, 2x streaming license fee applies for monetized channels.

Printing for the purpose of trading such as in the case of FFXIV sticker trades is permitted, as is printing the commissioned artwork for personal enjoyment (single poster, gift to friend etc).

In all cases, using my artwork to promote hate, discrimination and genAI training is strictly prohibited.

Commercial License (Merchandise) Generally 3x the commission price. Allows for the artwork to be printed on physical items to be sold for profit. If buying a merchandise design commission, this price is already factored in. Does not include printing.

Artwork commissioned to be printed on gift items that go with monetized content will also need merchandise licensing, as it falls under promotion for monetary gain.

For Vtuber Designs If you are printing merchandise with the design artwork, merchandise license (3x fee) will apply.

If you are printing merchandise with my design but another artist's artwork, merchandise license will not apply but design credit is mandatory.

Merchandise licensing fee is waived for returning clients who are looking for new artwork of designs previously commissioned from me.
